What services do you offer?
We offer customers of all nationalities and places of residence the opportunity to store their valuables with us. The boxes have standard dimensions of approx. 30 x 20 x 10 cm. We maintain safe deposit box capacities at the most prestigious banks in Monaco and store your safe deposit boxes there or in our own vaults. Maximum security is guaranteed at all times.
How is my safe deposit box protected?
Your valuables box is insured at all times for at least €500,000; in the (unlikely) event of an incident, the Insurance company (rating A+ Superior) will pay out the full insured amount without requiring proof of the true value of the box’s contents.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes – if you wish, you can store valuables with us without having to provide identification. Of course, we also have multi-factor authentication measures in place for this scenario, which allow you (or third parties authorized by you) to access your valuables at any time.
What is the workflow?
You arrange an appointment with us. You visit one of our branches in the heart of Monaco. You place your valuables in a security box and seal it. A cash-in-transit company transports your box to the vault of one of Monaco’s prestigious banks. Alternatively – and subject to availability – you can be provided with a safe deposit box directly in our own high-security vaults.

Important information:
Our vault facilities are among the most secure in the world thanks to our location in Monaco and our status as a bank (police protection), but our vault facilities themselves also meet the highest security standards and are guarded by staff 24/7.
However, in order to guarantee this high level of protection, we are also required to scan the safe deposit boxes entrusted to us for storage using X-ray scanners and cannot accept items such as electrical devices, liquids, or gases for storage.
When you call to reserve your safe deposit box, please feel free to ask us about transporting valuables within and/or outside Europe. We also offer our existing customers cross-border transport of valuables and legal advice on topics such as money laundering and taxes.
